“Brandon saved me. I had a big leak from a cooling tower backflow. My options were allowing water to leak in the hallway and 2 units or turning off the water to the cooling towers and losing AC to 155 residential units and 8 commercial units. I turned the water off and the cooling tower water started to evaporate. Brandon responded to the emergency call and had the backflow repaired in about 90 minutes. Just as enough water evaporated and the water temperature in the loop started to increase we were able to turn the water back on. Nobody lost AC. Thank you Brandon!!!”

“CALL PURCELLAIRE FIRST! It's 100 degrees out and our AC unit was blowing hot air. They came out within a couple of hours the SAME day (No one else could, and when they could, the emergency fee was through the roof). No emergency fee, no up-selling. The same part they installed was literally 5 times more with the "big guys". Nothing but honesty and help. Determined the problem FAST and fixed it. Was 100% honest in trying to save us the most money. Did not even charge a full hours rate which is usually the MINIMUM a company will charge even if it 10 minutes. I will never call anyone else before Purcell Aire. Even tho they only have a few reviews online, I chose this company because they are not some big AC company who can afford a bad review, so I knew they would do their best to help us. They went above and beyond that. Give them a call first, you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you guys!”

“When my sump pump failed over labor day weekend, my typical plumber referred Flowthrough to me. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and made time that day to replace it. They arrived a few minutes early. Both workers were polite and they took care of everything. After they left, I watched the sump pump run and I mistook what I now know to be a weep hole as a leak. I asked that they come back which they promptly did. They remained very polite, explained what a weep hole is, and also offered to replace it without a weep hole. I said I would be comfortable keeping it as is if they could show it to me in the installation manual, which they did. I apologized profusely for bringing them back to recheck correct labor. They had ever right to be annoyed but did not show any annoyance. I would definitely use them again. My normal plumber is also great. I appreciate how they referred me to Flowthrough!!”
