I went to try to see if I could get a new foundation for my mature skin and the first person I asked spent a lot of time with me going through several different brands…helping me pick the shade and type best for my skin. She was amazing- such personalized service. There’s such an incredible amount of beauty products here. They have a rewards card here that helps you get free gifts with points. They also give samples with your purchase. Great selection (although they were out of my concealer shade, they shipped it to my house for free in 2 days), it also arrived with samples. Great place. Great, very knowledgeable customer service.

I rarely shop in store, online is more convenient for me. I needed to exchange a hairbrush, ordered wrong size. The exchange was very simple. While I was walking around, a young lady asked if I needed any help. She was very helpful and I really like her recommendation. I didn't know they have translucent loose powder which is great because I don't have to match my skin color that changes in the sun being in the sun so much hiking and exploring places with my pups. She also introduced some facial oil brands and products that I wasn't aware of. I'm really glad that I stopped by. All the Ulta stores I have shopped in always feel so nice, and feel and smell so clean.
