“Great service overall. Over the phone quote was quick, simple and easy. Called on a Sunday morning and had a tech come by Monday afternoon. Came within the requested work window and notified us of when we was going to be there over the phone. His name was Saïd and he was super friendly, timely and professional. Removed all remaining glass (window had been broken into) and replaced it all within 30 minutes. Price was super reasonable and looks like it had never been replaced. Highly recommend if needed for window/glass replacement.”

“If you've ever been to any Mission BBQ, you've probably noticed they are totally tops. This location, however, raised the bar even higher. Son and I had many choices for lunch, and he chose Mission. Quick service, clean place, everything was awesome. What really raised the bar was when our cashier told us exactly where the utensils and sauces were, and even made rounds to every table to ensure everything was fine. Details matter.”

“A very pleasant experience at the Wendy's restaurant located in Potomac Run Plaza in Sterling, VA off Route 7. At first,I was at the drive-thru, but I asked if diving in was possible once confirmed, I parked and proceeded inside where I ordered the Number two, the Baconator with three straps of hamburger meat. It was a combo with fries and a drink. Once, I received my meal the assistant manager came to soak with me because I was taking pictures. He was very nice and asked why I was taking pictures. We got into a great conversation as I explained I was a Google Maps z Local Guide, visiting restaurants and providing my opinion of my overall experience. He was very pleased and gave me the background of this particular Wendy's, which had been at this location for about thirty years. In addition, two years ago the store went through a renovation, which explains why the place was so immaculate as far as cleanliness. He explained that every fifteen minutes they clean the facility for customers and maintaining their COVID-19 regulations. In any case, I was very satisfied with my visit and the hospitality demonstrated. The did was good, the service above average and the management's effort to ensure I was going to enjoy my visit.”
