“Optimum is wonderful and would highly recommend! We had a leak in our dining room ceiling and they were able to fix the leak AND repair and repaint the drywall damaged by the leak for a very fair cost. The workers were very conscientious about keeping their work contained and our home clean. The company owner followed up the same day to review the work. They are incredibly honest as well - when fixing our leak they discovered some rotting. Instead of catastrophizing the finding, they sent us pictures of it and noted that a repair is something we should keep on our radar and plan to fix. Optimum also installed a lovely skylight in our home under the previous owners and we have never had a problem with it. We plan to also use them to put a patio in this Spring, and bathroom remodel next year. Their customer service is incredibly helpful and responsive. You won't regret using them for any home improvements!”

“Our experience with Shiner was excellent, from soup to nuts. Initially they were very organized and responsive on the phone. Office staff and field staff were well coordinated and they came to do an estimate at the scheduled appointment. They were very cordial and professional, they took pictures of all the areas that required repair and the scheduled us relatively quickly for those repairs. After, they took additional pictures to show how things had been repaired. I would definitely use them again in the future.”

“Trust Construction: Daniel (owner) and his crew (roofers & siding) for my projects, did an awesome job! Clean up was immaculate and he answered many questions I had regarding my projects. He has a busy schedule but found time to fit me in between jobs to get me covered before the heavy rain just came through. I really appreciated that. The work phase was well-organized and planned. The guys were punctual and had everything they needed, no time was lost running around for supplies. Daniel (owner) was on the work site as, and was always available always. I never felt that I couldn’t leave while the work was being done. Daniel (owner) is committed to working with the customer until they are completely satisfied, coming back after the work is completed to assure everything is OK.
