  Chimney cap put on by them last spring blew off in a strong wind. They came out the next day and replaced it. No charge.

  Great company for chimney repair. They were prompt and when rain disrupted the job the crew came back on a Sunday to finish up.

  We needed the air ducts of our house cleaned. The crew was really professional and they did not charge us for extra services. They stick with the price that the owner set by phone. Others companies claimed that one has mold in his/her ducts so they can charge you extra for using some chemicals (note that those chemicals do not remove the mold. Mold only can be removed manually by bleaching the ducts). In this case the owner of the company encouraged me to do a test for mold by myself. Their special trucks are very powerful and they remove the dirt easily.
  It was a problem with their scheduler the day of our appointment so they had to rescheduled. They took full responsibility for their mistake and they gave us a reduced price. Pricing was reasonable. Overall it was a great service.
