“Not only did they quickly come to my home but in true country gentlemenly fashion, offered advice on a plumbing issue I could take care of myself (aka husbands self) for free and even gave me an insider tip about a government program that offered me almost half my money back. Something called the Chesapeake clean water act that cuts a check just for staying on top of your septic.
