“Found Alex on the CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America) website. He and his partner called to see if it was ok to arrive early (LOVE that!) on the day of our appointment. They spent about 1.5 hours working on two chimneys in our home. We are new to the house so didn't know what they would find. Alex climbed on the roof and checked the tops of the chimneys outside and took photos. Photos were also taken on the interiors. All photos were shared to my phone for our records. They laid tarps on the floors and ensured everything stayed clean and safe while they did their work cleaning. Recommendations were made from simple do it yourself fixes to professional suggestions for preventative maintenance. Both were polite, friendly, and happy to answer all my questions.
