Nick Santschi, from St Joseph's Roofing walked us through the process and was very patient with answering all of our questions. We flip flopped back and forth on some options and Nick was very response and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our final selection. I was very impressed. The crew did their job in one day. They were very careful and considerate of my neighbors property (we are a middle unit in 3 townhomes). The follow up with St Joseph's was very professional and detailed. They got up on the roof and made sure everything was done properly and nothing was amiss. Everything was perfect. I was expecting to find some debris or a few nails in the yard or maybe under a bush. I didnt find anything. They even cleaned up behind the bushes right up against the wall. Nick and his crew are very impressive. And their ability to work with All Claims Pro to handle all the details of the Insurance Claims was a huge boon as well. We didnt have to lift a finger or spend any time on the phone with the Insurance Company. Very impressive. I highly recommend St. Joseph's Roofing.”

“This past weekend the guys from Drying Tech did a fantastic job getting the water out of my attic after I encountered a double roof leak. They came out within an hour of the repair, did a thorough examination, provided an estimate on the spot, and then went to work right away. The price was very reasonable and the work they did was fantastic. When they came back out a few days later they did another examination and showed me that the attic was now dry.
