(January 6, 2020, 1:27 pm)Our stay for Christmas week was all we hoped it would be and more. The owners have done an amazing job with the old farm house. The attention to detail, and there are many details, is amazing. The home sits on the East River with a beautiful dock and plenty of opportunity to enjoy amazing sunrises. The kitchen is well equipped and the house had plenty of room and was beautifully decorated. The only suggestion I would make would be more comfortable furniture in the living room. If you want to watch TV at night, or pile up in a cozy place and read a book, the current furniture is a little uncomfortable, but beyond that there is plenty of outside space with nice outdoor furniture and great views.
(August 5, 2019, 8:42 am)Beautifully decorated dog friendly house in an amazing location. Take out a kayak, lounge around the pool or take a ride out to the historic atractions what ever you choose you will have an amazing vacation. Ps. Loved the dog treats and toys 🐕
(April 22, 2019, 11:19 am)We didn't have enough hours in the day to take advantage of all the amenities offered by the hosts. Great place for a family with a dog - acres of running room. A wonderful place to spend a long weekend.
(June 17, 2018, 8:49 pm)Immaculately furnished, you'll want for nothing. Tranquility and beauty merge in this quiet, serene and peaceful place. The landscaping is impeccable. Kayaks available for a short row out into Mobjack bay, fish off the pier or go for a swim in the pool. There's a cute little 5 hole putt putt course on the grounds as well. This place has it all. Every time we go we wish we had more time to spend there. If they had a 6 star review, this place would warrant it.

(March 27, 2017, 8:56 am)Hospitality, warmth, and the many personal touches maked our stay at Grandview exceptional. Our fur-babies were welcomed with open arms and love. Having coffee on the deck in the mornings, watching the sun rise over the bay was magical and peaceful. Thank you Karla and Dave for making our stay so grand. Thank you also to your fur-babies for welcoming ours.
