“Wonderful marina! This place is special, great facilities and services in front of the beautiful Chickahominy river with easy access to the James and Chesapeake but not crowded like other rivers and lakes in VA. Awesome restaurant with outdoor seating in front of the docks with even better staff! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. We took our boat out for the first time and Calvert (owner) was actually waiting for us and helped us dock and secure the lines when we got back. After a few times here, it hits you. This is how it is all the time, they treat you like family and is clear they put a lot love and hard work into this awesome place. Our family is so happy we found this gem. I wish I could give them more stars!”

“My family was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and a tire iron that didn't fit our tire. The sky was about to open up and drop a thunderstorm on us too. An employee from this company pulled over and offered to help. Fortunately, he had a tire iron that fit! I cannot comment on the quality of work that this company does, but I can comment on the quality of its people. This dude didn't have to stop. Plenty of people drove right on by us. “AKA Bradby's Cemetery Cemetery database says this has 26 burials. Does look as though it is kept up and routinely visited, as there are fresh flowers and the grass was only slightly overgrown around the flat burial markers. Saw several Chickahominy Native American burials, including Chief Spotted Eagle. This is a very small cemetery, no signs or historical markers, no parking lot or benches. Just a small parcel at the end of a road, where you park on the side by a group of mailboxes. It was a pleasant stop with trees, grass, quiet and peaceful, pleasant breeze. Would likely be more of a significant stop if you research the history before visiting.”
