“For a Bed Bath and Beyond, it's relatively average, but it does have plenty of room, making it easy to navigate even when it's crowded. The staff were pretty friendly and efficient. I went mid afternoon on Black Friday, and though they had a long line St checkout, it was constantly moving. The overall shopping center can be a bit tricky getting in and out of, but that's not their fault.”

“I feel bad that I didn't know about this place sooner! Liked that it was quaint and not commercial. I actually went 2 days in a row because the owner made a suggestion that I came back for. On my second visit, the shop was bustling and the owner was giving a customer advice on some crystal choices, but still greeting each customer. Appears the shop also gives readings. Loved the pups there to greet customers. Good selection of crystals, herbs, pendants and more. Lots to see in a smaller homey shop.”

“I just want you to know that one of your technician's, JASON, who I saw this morning near Waffle House on George Washington Memorial Highway near the Newport News and Yorktown city line helped me out with some of the mouse and insect glue traps. I told him I was a customer of Accel, and I threw away three of the traps that were in my garage because they had mice in them and I took three from inside the house and put back in the garage. JASON was super nice and friendly from the very beginning and he gave me five new traps, JASON'S generosity and kindness were outstanding. Please thank him again for me, and two thumbs up 👍👍 for JASON and Accel. I was going to call you this morning to see if someone could come over and give me some traps, but I saw your truck and JASON there and explained my situation to him and he took care of everything. “Husband and I couldn't figure out where we wantes to eat. We're very particular about what and where we eat. Quality and taste is a must. But, we settled pizza we were in the area. 1st time and was not disappointed. Having plant base pepperoni and meat umm (kissing my finger as if i am Italian lol) it taste just like meat. Had cauliflower heat pizza ( forgot the name) it's their specialty pizza and deeelicious!!. Now i have to get into the Calzone the crust flavorful and cheesy and last dessert salted Carmel apple pie. I was anticipating something small with an okay taste. Welp! I was i was wrong, this delicious treat was pre-sliced, apple fresh Carmel warm and the crust well. It had a pizza dough feel but sweet taste. Great combo. A definitely plc well do again.”

“I lost Alt 1 on my approach to Newport News one afternoon. Not being familiar with the area, I researched maintenance shops online and found Rick Aviation at the airport. John (the owner) took my call and jumped into action. He took my Cirrus into his hanger and personally investigated and found the issue — a broken terminal connection on the #4 wire to Alternator one and a broker stud on the Alternator. This occurred on a Friday afternoon and I needed to return home on Monday. John ordered a new alternator which arrived Monday, installed, tested, etc and had me and my Cirrus ready to go. As it turns out John is celebrating 42 years in business (2019) and there’s no wonder because his shop and facilities are spotless and his employees are talented. John’s charges were very reasonable and he lived up to his promises. I can’t recommend John and Rick Aviation at Newport News Airport (KPHF) more highly. JW, South Carolina”
