Grand Furniture

I shopped at three different stores before I arrived at Grand Furniture in Newport News. Ms. Horton was great. She treated me wonderful, and made feel like I was more than customer. Thanks for all the help and great customer service. I will definitely return and spread the word to anyone looking for Furniture.

After looking for a sofa at every furniture store on the peninsula My sister and I went to Grand Furniture on Jefferson Ave. We were greeted by Felecia when we walked in the store. Mrs. Horton was the most accommodating sales representative that we encountered while shopping. She went above and beyond to help us with our choice of sofas. We got a very good deal on a quality sofa and chair. I would recommend Felecia and Grand Furniture to my friends in the future.

Felecia the store manager was nothing but a blessing. She was extremely patient, kind and very friendly. She assisted us with a smile on her face even while she was helping multiple customers. I will definitely continue to shop at Grand Furniture just based off the experience she provided for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Excellent selection of furniture, the sales people and customer service at the store could not be more friendly and helpful. But trying to get the items, a loveseat and a chair, we purchased took an act of extreme patience due to the personnel that work at the warehouse, also the staff that supposedly is to answer the phones for delivery set-up who don't answer their phones or return calls IF you can get them to answer the phone. I would call it incompetence. Our delivery for the loveseat, was the wrong item home delivered and it took a few days to get that corrected, then our chair was the wrong one, delivered to the store for pickup, and we waited about 2 weeks for that.
