“We had the pleasure to have Scott Reid as our attorney. He went above and beyond to make sure things were as easy and painless as possible. On our first meeting it started snowing before he left. To make sure the deadbeat tenants couldn't sue us and wind up staying here even longer, Scott swept the steps and spread ice meter on the steps as well. Another thing Scott did was offer his services and vehicle to get the rest of their stuff out of our house. Scott showed up but they were a no show, he even waited an hour to give them extra time. Those aren't the only 2 things Scott went above and beyond for us.”

“Wonderful stay. They really emphasize on smoker's courtesy so if you're a smoker keep in mind you'll need to be 100 ft. Away from the building or in your car. Exceptional customer service, I was highly impressed. The rooms are well kept, clean, and in amazing comfort. During this time, all of that is important. All staff members were kind-hearted and willing to help. I highly enjoyed my stay. The walls are not sound-proof what so ever so if you have a noisey neighbor you may need to play some music but that's life, no hotel is perfect. This one goes above and beyond for it's great price ($80).”
