“Attended this church while visiting from out of town. I chose this church because my niece was not attending her church in Lynnhaven and asked me NOT to go because she wouldn't be there (weird), but I searched for a church near my daughter's apartment. Viewed the website, the photos looked like the kind of worship experience that I enjoy in Chicago. I attended the 11:15am service and OMG! I am so glad that I did...I came back for the 6:30pm service and brought my daughter. She was blown away by the "genuine worship", great music and the powerful word of God. Whenever, I am in VA, I will be here. My daughter also said that she will be attending as often as her work schedule permits. Thank you Peninsula Pentecostals! “For the first time in my life at 66 and on disability I went to a food pantry Last week at wow church. I didn't know how to get in or where to park. A gentleman outside showed me where and was very cordial. I like how organized they are by signing you in by your car. Even after that and being close to the door my back was hurting so bad I couldn't walk in. They let a lady I knew from the congregation go and get items for me.I really appreciated the food wasn't spoiled or rotten looking and I could continue adding heart healthy food like I did when I was working.”

“Very clean and presentable the people are extremely nice and welcoming. I'm very much so on the introvert side and they don't hug too tight so I didn't feel the way I'm comfortable. LOL LOL. They offer a little welcome packets and bags to help give warm fuzzies to new people joining the church or looking to join the church. They keep the temperature out of respectable thermostat temperature. The Pastor is real down to Earth. He comes dressed in a variety of dress attire which could make other folks more comfortable to join their family. They also offer online watching via social media and other platforms which is great for those who are likely who are introverts don't like to come out the house much.”

“Started going to this church in 2010 approx. they treated us like family immediatly. being in the military at the time of starting to attend this church I have experience many churches before this one and after this one and none have accepted me and my family immediately like this one. The pastor is an amazing guy and is always their if you need somebody to talk to. His sermons are always from the book and always have multiple verses to back it up. The kids church is great got to love miss Barbara and all the teachers. with having a son with a delay problem they are still willing to work with him and help teach him about the lord. Just got to love this church. I am so glade I moved back to va after getting out of the military and able to continue to attend this wonderful church and be with this wonderful and beloved family”

“Went to Shabbat services and a Passover Seder meal service. Both were great, the band and music are good, and the lead pastor has a good attention to detail and conducted one of the best Seder Meals I've been to. The congregation is very diverse in terms of ages, races, ethnicities, education levels, and backgrounds, but not diverse in terms of commands of God. They all value commands of God and strive to adhere to such and support others doing the same as well. They are very supportive of all nationalities of people, and also very supportive of freedoms given by God that the U.S. government is constitutionally required to protect and accord each citizen. The place is clean and for a new visitor they were not overbearing toward me, but very cordial, friendly, kind, courteous, and respectful. Great place that is really shining the light and love of God!”
