“My daughter skyler is 15 and trains with vertex. Let me tell you a little something I love and enjoy about her journey with vertex. When she started with them she was not the strongest girl and it showed. Well along the start of her journey things got better and she got stronger, but a injury got in the way. Vertex was apart of her recovery process and not only did she recover well. She come back off of injury earlier, was shown how to not let the injury effect you mentally, she is back to fully playing again and is stronger than before injury! Another great thing about vertex they are providing her with a internship to learn how to do what it takes to be a vertex performance professional! She’s learning to train, eat properly as a athlete, a carrier, also what it takes to work together as a team! She loves vertex and the staff. When I mean your treated like family! I mean it!!
