“Ask for Norman! We were assigned Pro Plumbing by our home warranty company and I experienced the best customer service I've had in a long time. Norman was extremely personable, arrived on time, and took customer service to a new level. While my home warranty company requires a second option before paying for cutting through drywall, I called them up today and told them once that is taken care of I'd prefer if they brought Norman and Pro Plumbing back in for the actual fix. If the end result is anything like the experience I had today, it will be top notch.”
