“So I ended up needing another phone so I ordered one through the store. When I picked it up both young ladies, one being the store manager Daysia, helped me set up my phone before leaving. Somehow there was a problem with the phone activating. She tried every troubleshoot possible even calling corporate for assistance! They both stayed over a half hour after the store closed to make sure I was set to go. Unfortunately I forgot the other young ladies’ name..she had red hair but they were both on it! I’m so grateful for them and will only return back to that store for anything I may need in regards to Verizon!!!! I highly recommend this location for any technological purchases or support!!
