“I went into Alex's store 14 years ago when he was located directly on Jefferson Ave. His instruments were on display, and gave me a sense of the music world. I wasn't ready until 2 years ago when I finally went back. Alex put out 4 cellos for me to inspect after I phoned him and explained what I was looking for. “I just want to say the owner of this store is a very honorable man. I walked in his business ten minutes to closing with two iMacs one I had wiped clean and needed to restore and other that I had forgot the password on. Instead of being rude or turning me around his employee, myself and he worked diligently together to get my password reset and my other Mac installed. And I was able to get a loan on both. After having a very bad run in with Mercury Pawn this man made my day much brighter. He was able to take my macs in and give me a great deal with a very low interest rate. This guy is really a stand up guy and very business minded. If you want to be treated with respect and get a great deal please go here. He is the best in town hands down. He stayed almost and hour after closing just to help me after I told him what I needed and what exactly I was trying to do. Thank you so much again I am forever grateful.”

“So I ended up needing another phone so I ordered one through the store. When I picked it up both young ladies, one being the store manager Daysia, helped me set up my phone before leaving. Somehow there was a problem with the phone activating. She tried every troubleshoot possible even calling corporate for assistance! They both stayed over a half hour after the store closed to make sure I was set to go. Unfortunately I forgot the other young ladies’ name..she had red hair but they were both on it! I’m so grateful for them and will only return back to that store for anything I may need in regards to Verizon!!!! I highly recommend this location for any technological purchases or support!!
