I was sent to this store from a friend who said the staff was great and I have to agree that it was. I was greeted at the door with a welcoming smile. I was so turned off by Verizon, and it showed in my attitude but the ladies were so pleasent. I would have canceled all my service if it wasn't for the store manager Janice and her staff, they even offered me water (who does that). This old school type of customer service needs to be brought back into most of your store. If anything the ladies here should train all the other Verizon employees in how to interact with upset customers. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at any location. “Tucked away in an industrial park is the charming Evergreen Workshop, specializing in bowed string instruments (and a guitar or two). Having worked in a violin shop for 12+ years, I was very curious to see who Evergreen was and what they had to offer. With a staff of three, they cover quite a lot! But....they still took the time to chat with me about the shop, which I really appreciated!! Some things are fine to use an online presence for purchasing, other things still need the human interaction. Evergreen has both, so 2 thumbs up!”

“I just want to say the owner of this store is a very honorable man. I walked in his business ten minutes to closing with two iMacs one I had wiped clean and needed to restore and other that I had forgot the password on. Instead of being rude or turning me around his employee, myself and he worked diligently together to get my password reset and my other Mac installed. And I was able to get a loan on both. After having a very bad run in with Mercury Pawn this man made my day much brighter. He was able to take my macs in and give me a great deal with a very low interest rate. This guy is really a stand up guy and very business minded. If you want to be treated with respect and get a great deal please go here. He is the best in town hands down. He stayed almost and hour after closing just to help me after I told him what I needed and what exactly I was trying to do. Thank you so much again I am forever grateful.”
