“Great gym, particularly if the generic box gyms are not your thing. They also had a great system for day passes for folks like me from out of town. It allowed me to train even when it was past staffed hours. Gym was very clean and had a lot of racks, DB, machines, etc. Also have a long turf strip for sled pushing and Farmer's walking. Decor and vibe were great, too.”

It a good thing when your doctor and the staff take the time to remember you. It’s very convenient if you work downtown or at the ship yard in Newport News. They get you in and out.
