“The staff I was in contact with was wonderful. They have the ability to make you feel very comfortable, even after I snapped at them a couple of times. My dental hygienist was the best I have ever had. I did not have any pain with her doing the x-ray. She did a excellent job. I must say again the best I’ve ever had. The office manager did an excellent job, explaining the procedures cost. She was very patient Now, if I can say anything about the office, I would say it could use a facelift. I think I can push passed that due to the service.”

“Dr Casanova is the BEST OBGYN doctor I have ever had. She delivered my daughter 17 years ago by emergency c-section and I have been under her care every since. She calmed me down and comforted me even to the point of holding me while I was getting the epidural assuring me everything would be fine and it indeed was fine I have a thriving healthy vibrant 17year old daughter 😁. This past week Dr Casanova did a hysterectomy on me and again I had the same experience with her even with the difficulties she faced during my surgery. She called me the next morning to check on me and personally visited me every day of my hospital stay. I had a question after being discharged and she personally called me to reassure me I was fine. She genuinely cares for me and my health and I have referred several family members and friends to her and will continue to do so! I could go on and on about her professionalism, great bedside manners, her thorough knowledge of the female body, etc. She has a good sense of humor too and we often share laughs during my visits and even after my surgery she made me smile.”

“Dr. Maddela delivered my son 8 years ago and I still think about that experience today. I know that many Black women and women of color don't have good experiences with doctors and medical care. When I first went into labor, I had a doctor who told me my only option was a C-section and I didn't want that. Hours later Dr. Maddela walked in and she listened to me, respected my requests and made me heard. She showed concern and care when there was fetal distress, she encouraged me through the labor process, and I was able to give birth on my own terms. Again, I know a lot of Black women are not as fortunate to have a positive birthing experience so I think choosing the right provider is essential. If you can, ask for Dr. Maddela.”

“25 years ago Dr. Hanna helped me when no one else could, and at the age of 41, I gave birth to my beautiful son. He will always be my hero. I know he has moved away from his old practice in VA, and I can't find him anywhere. I am once again struggling to find someone to help me. Even if he has retired, I want so much to consult him, while several other doctors shake their heads unsure what to do with me. My current OBGYN is a wonderful doctor, but says she does not feel confident as to how to proceed, or to do any surgery if required. HELP. Dr. Hanna, where have you gone?”

“Came here for my booster. It took forever, but I was happy that I waited. They had a snag where they did not have me down for the booster. She asked did I have the right place. I showed her on my phone and it was the correct place. The nurse was super friendly and apologized for the wait. We love that this store has more healthy food/snack options vs. the other CVS stores. Had to return an item to another store and the mang said he never saw the item. He informed us they have more unique healthy items as compared to his store and other locations. That was nice to know and made us appreciate this CVS even more! They are in a nice and safe shopping center. Parking is spacious. We love their late hours as well.”

“Unexpectedly having a dead battery is never fun, even less so after a snowstorm, but Joseph made our experience much more enjoyable! He installed our new battery quickly and was so positive and friendly the whole time. This was after being turned away from a competitor due to short staffing, so we were even more grateful.
