(September 28, 2021, 10:15 pm)Always someone is walking around cleaning and stocking up supplies. The staff always greet me with smiles coming and tell me have a good day when leaving. Everyone is very nice including the guest.

(June 24, 2021, 5:30 pm)I've visited this club two times, I'm a member in Richmond. This is a BUSY club compared to my home club. The staff has been very friendly on both visits and the club is kept clean. Bathroom and locker room were clean. Lots of machines and cardio equipment. The only downside, and you might want to consider if joining, is the availability of the Smith machines. There are people literally camped on these machines, doing an entire workout, and do not leave the machine during my entire visit. For some reason, this doesn't happen at my home club. My visits were between 8-9 am, probably a busy time. Other than that I appreciate the PF hospitality as a visitor.
