“Dr McCoy and her staff are amazing. My wife and I have been going to this practice for over 10 years. We both have had a couple of surgeries that Dr McCoy has performed and everything has gone better than expected. We have all the confidence in their abilities. “I started going to Dr. Kenney over 20 years ago, and he has always been extremely pleasant, professional, and great at what he does. Myself, my husband and two boys have all gone to him over the years for teeth removals, but I my most recent service was to get 2 implants 4 days ago. I have not had any pain, or discomfort so far, do to great instructions on how and when to start the pain pills afterwards. I am so excited to have all of my must have teeth again, and I wouldn't have trusted anyone over Dr. Kenney with the process. Most importantly his staff is a reflection of his genuine concern and kindness, they make you feel 100% like family from start to finish. I honestly could go on for pages praising him and his skill, but for now I'd say... that I REALLY HOPE that my family and I would have had all of our oral surgery needs met, by the time he retires!!! “I called while I was on my way to ask for the address. I had a busy day and hadn’t had the time to look yet. The girl who answered the phone was very rude and couldn’t properly pronounce the street name for the practice. Making it extremely difficult to figure out where it was. I walk in and almost immediately walk out. This can’t be a Dr office!?! Just feels dirty. Very dated! The girl behind the desk says you have to wear a mask. I chuckle and ask why? ( my family Dr no longer requires one. It’s almost 2023). Her response is “ we have to, so you have to”. Then proceeds to hand me a dirty kids iPad to sign in. I get back to the room and the sink is dirt and rust stained. Water damage lines the 20yr old wallpaper. The blinds are disgusting. nothing seems to even resemble the word sanitary. Dr Ashmi Shah walks in and proceeds to assess me. She was extremely professional and nice. Answered all Of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. She even looked at another issue I had with my other foot. Highly recommend Dr Shah! You also need to add her to your website. She’s the only reason you’re getting 4 stars. Speak with your upfront staff and clean up the practice. It’s time to remodel.”
