My hair is thin, curly, and fairly uncooperative and I went from shoulder length to pixie cut. I’m very happy with my end result! Molly did a great job! Also, the whole vibe of the Salon was great. “Called last minute after my original appointment canceled on me at 2:30p (appointment was at 5:30) on a Saturday. Ms. Kady explained the hair type and amount I would need (the other stylist claimed she would provide the hair, so I didn’t have any) and gave me a same day appointment within the hour! She was one of the few stylist in the area that even does passion twist. She did them down to my waist and took less than 4 hrs. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Daliza is excellent!!!! My hair always look amazing when I leave. I am natural and my blow out last a month. However, I don’t like her pricing. I think they make up the prices as she go. I started out paying $45 wash set blow. That’s what I was coated before I even had my hair done. Which was great. I first paid $65 for color. After that the prices have been fluctuating upwards for the same service that I always get. My last visit 2 months ago she charged me $95 for color. I was so shocked! I haven’t been back. I need to get my hair done but was so disappointed with the price I haven’t been back. It’s one thing if that’s the price from the start I would have no problem paying, but when the price almost double for the same service I seriously have a problem with that 😔 it saddens me because she is really good at what she does”

“I loved going to Salon Elite! I was having a hard time finding a place who could cut my curly (3a-b) hair and would understand what I want, but Salon Elite was perfect. I did a (free!) consultation before my actual appointment to talk about my hair and what I wanted, and that helped me to feel comfortable knowing that the salon knew what to do with curly hair. When I had my actual appointment, I felt very comfortable there and was offered drinks and was even given a granola bar. They used curly shampoo on my hair and my hairdresser took extra time to make sure the highlights on my head were even and looking how I wanted. The cut is perfect and just what I asked for! The only reason I took a star off was because the ending style done by the hairdresser left my hair extremely frizzy and without any defined curls, so I had to re-style when I went home, but I understand that styling curly hair can be pretty difficult. I will be definitely returning!”

“I love love love my lips! I had Danielle and Amanda during my procedure. Amanda was very courteous and set my appointment up quickly. She’s a blessing! Danielle was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and she’s very attentive. I wasn’t sure how to explain what I wanted but I know I wanted pouty. she knew exactly the look I was trying to go for. For my first time it was pretty scary but Danielle eased all my anxiety and assured me through the whole process. She has an eye for symmetry. “I walked into Yatta's to ask about a product. I was met with a nice welcome from a wonderful woman who kindly let me know they didn't sell that. Byffanie, who was doing a ladies braids (they were looking great!) let me know about a product she used had gotten for her son. She called him and got me the name of the product! Even had him send a picture!!! She went above and beyond when she did not have to. The ladies in this establishment were so amazingly kind! I wasn't even purchasing anything!!!!!! “Osnel is a master barber & stylist. Over the 5+ years I’ve been going to him, he never misses a beat. He is kind as well, and goes beyond what most others would do to make sure you’re happy. He’s committed to his work and it’s a fun atmosphere to be in. It’s not uncommon to be offered a coke and some plantain chips, or to hear his great voice belting along to some classic hits. Pat and Jordan are also all-star barbers, watching them work with kids is my favorite because they are so good. It’s a fun and comfortable barbershop to be in, everyone is always in a contagiously happy mood and I always look forward to going back. Thanks guys”
