I definitely got lucky though as it was on his way to another job, so just keep that in mind. The point is that he’ll Make every effort to get to you as soon as he’s able to. As for the job, I had very little for him to work with in spare carpet to use for bare spot repairs. He still made it happen! Much better than I anticipated. For the cleaning, I had paint stains, animal stains, you name it. Considering it’s very old carpet, it’s the best it could ever get. He’s a one-man show and does excellent work and a very fair price. Support your local small-business! He’s worth every dollar!”
