Get your hearing checked! My wife was adamant about my need to get hearing aids. The test is free and offered by individuals who do NOT work on commission, so you are getting the straight poop. And yes, I need hearing aids, but Costco does that too and at a pretty good savings. Now I just gotta come up with the money.
