“I renewed my vehicle registration online, however, had not received it in the mail. Contacted the DMV via the email address listed on their website and explained the situation. In less than an hour and a half I received a call from a DMV representative who looked into the issue, informed me of what had happened and reissued my registration card and plate stickers. This is without a doubt the most exceptional service I have not only received from the DMV but have ever heard of. The Department of Motor Vehicles is routinely whipped up on for poor customer service, so I wanted to make sure they received recognition for the service that I received today! Great Job!!”
