“I had a great experience with the doctor and clinical staff, but whoever answers the phone has a gross attitude every time I call. I get the same lady every time and every time she's extremely rude. If she ever gave her name when she answered the phone (like a professional) I would go out of my way to let their office manager know. Retraining is needed at the very least.”
