“Ok I read all the reviews and was dreading the visit. We arrived at 8:30 and the line was 30 folks ahead of us. At 9:00 they opened the doors and took everyone with a appointment in first, all of us without appointments next. All in all the security staff was very nice greeted everyone with a good morning. All other staff friendly too. Restroom spotless. We were out and done in 90 minutes. Four stars for the wait otherwise would have been 5 stars. No issues with others in the crowded waiting room. Key is to get there early.”
