(January 15, 2020, 9:16 am)Not exactly sure why there are negative comments about the Norfolk Airport location. My parents deal with this company on a constant basis.
Every time my parents rent from this location, they have been treated very well. April, Preston, Margaret, Kim, Robert, Samantha, Tiffany, and others have all been respectful, professional, and absolutely nice to parents. Even when customer services lies to us, the counter is more than helpful to give my parents direct assistance. Even when my mother takes a minute to understand everything, the company takes their time and patience with her. My dad rented from this company a few times. The entire counter is nice and do their best to make sure that the help everyone. Even the rude customers who don't deserve any respect from them, gets professional assistance. Better than other Thrifty locations thats for sure.
(December 10, 2019, 11:01 am)The front desk clerk was not very friendly, didn't inform me exactly how much I would be charged as for the $200 security deposit on top of my rental cost. Definitely could improve her customer service.
