The Budget/Avis people are amazing, especially the evening/ night shift and the manager. They made a dreadful, flight-filled day better and when an issue arose, they fixed it in no time. Thanks!

I want to thank Budget's manager and staff for exceptional customer service and the constant “can do” approach to satisfying customer needs. Budget customer service, quality of rental cars , and the pleasant/ positive attitude are commendable. We returned the rental earlier than anticipated without recognizing penalties delineated within Expedia’s contract, yet the manager went above and beyond to make adjustments; which exceeded expectations.
