    Simone at the Norfolk location is very rude and disrespectful. Her attitude is horrible and I do not recommend dealing with her. However, dr Engel and their office manager Mary are very nice and made sure to rectify the situation. I highly recommend dr Engel he was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Thank you so much dr Engel and Mary for your kindness and patience
