“One of the most beautiful buildings on the campus of Norfolk State. The L Douglas Wilder Performing Arts Center is home to so much talent on campus. Ranging from different uses, overall it provides a lot of comfort to the audience. The exterior matches the rest of the campus of Norfolk State campus, brown brick all around. However, the interior is beautiful also! Every time I attend an event here, I have great hospitality. The bathrooms are also clean! As of production, there are a lot of pros. The lights look great and the sound has a great echo. The seats are also very comfy if you need to sit for a long period of time. There are also seats in the balcony! I can't wait for my next show! Norfolk State theatre / production is award winning, so check them out too!”

“We were there for 'Hits at the Park'. It was a catered holiday party for the Tidewater Orchid Society Awards Dinner. The roast beef was beyond compare. So juicy & tender. All the food was great. Thankfully, they have an elevator. Drinks were well made.”

“We were here for a graduation. The stadium staff that was present was great. They even opened a few of the concession stands during the graduation. The restrooms were clean and navigating the stadium was simple. Thanks for providing a gear atmosphere for these graduates.”

“haven’t been in a while but going to a tides game is a big deal in the area. i honestly didn’t like when they rebranded to the seahorse, i think it’s ugly compared to the actual TIDE logo...that made more sense. but harbor park is definitely one of the best stadiums i’ve been to, it has a professional feel even though it’s minor league. it’s been a while since i’ve been to a game, i’ll definitely go to a game when the season opens or next year”

“Harbor Park is a fantastic location for summer baseball action. The Norfolk Tides are an AAA affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. You can see big league players and players climbing the ladder and on the way to stardom. Please be sure to check the promotional schedule for great gifts as you enter the park. You may also want to bring cash for parking on the premises. Usually $6. You may also want to check the website for the carry bag policy as it changes from time to time. Go watch some baseball!”
