Definitely one of my favorite stores. I’m an influencer and I can always get the new new before it comes out. They are sweet and engaging when you are shopping and the exchange policy is the best especially without a receipt. I love the BOPIS options and I am never having to wait in long lines especially during a big sale. Shout out to Sonia she is the G.O.A.T. you can call and have items held for you so you don’t risk it selling out because they will. Overall my happy place.

They have good quality products. We like going to this outlet store it is always running on one item everything else is usually priced at regular high prices so watch your spend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was well stocked, smelled delicious, and I bought way more than I needed, thanks to a great sale the store was having.

The service is always great. They get you in and out plus they don't bug you the whole time.

Love bath and body works! Everyone working was very nice and helpful. Stocked up on seasonal favorites at the semi-annual sale. I also had a return which I forgot the receipt at home and the ladies working did a great job helping me exchange my items.
