We had registered for some Le Creuset on Amazon for our wedding, but hadn’t gotten the full amounts, so we popped by here while we were in the area to see if perhaps what we wanted was cheaper. They didn’t have the exact thing we had registered for, BUT they had so much more! I ended up getting an even more beautiful dutch oven, PLUS a baking sheet and a few other little goodies for even cheaper than the Amazon price! THEN they told me they could order the the Fig color, which is exclusive to Crate and Barrel! Alexis and Sarah were FANTASTIC! They were informative but also genuinely excited about all the products there. I left absolutely giddy and so pleased with our purchases. We might make the 3 hour drive back to get more!”

They are sweet and engaging when you are shopping and the exchange policy is the best especially without a receipt. I love the BOPIS options and I am never having to wait in long lines especially during a big sale. “Very beautiful hotel, the rooms are beautifully lit always clean and cozy. The best part it is less then .5 miles from Norfolk Premium Outlets, you can literally walk there. There are plenty of dine in as well as carryout locations within walking distance as well. Please note there are two hotels in this one building. Quality Inn is set up like an apartment with a living room refrigerator and microwave. The room has a door on it as if you have other guest staying with you there is plenty of privacy. The other hotel in the building is Sleep Inn this one is just as nice but you don't have the apartment style set up.”

“The hotel itself is almost brand new and in a fantastic location. The staff did a fantastic job in ensuring things such as surfaces and rooms were being satanized as well as doing their best to promote social distancing. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure every process from check-in to complementary breakfast went as seamlessly as possible. My only qualm I had with the hotel was a personal one, the bed itself was a bit too soft for me. However I am fully aware that this is just a personal preference and it shouldn't dissuade anyone from staying at this Tru by Hilton. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area.”

My experience at Greenbrier was rude, short and zero customer service. Definitely the outlet is my preferred store due to this fine young people working there. “The Store Manager Dean Duva was awesome! Excellent Customer Service. The first employee that helped me the day before that just disappointed me. I was trying to trade in my old ring to a new one and she gave me less value for what I paid for. And couldn’t give the discount I was asking for because I wasn’t using their credit card. Since I was paying in full, I was expecting a good discount of course. Plus she couldn’t do the math/calculation.? But then when I came back the next day and spoke with the Store Manager Dean Duva, he just knows exactly what to do. Exceeded my expectations and so much more. Gave me the value for my old ring and gave me the discount I deserve. A very nice guy! Very helpful/accommodating. My go to guy at zales from now on.”
