Came in to look around for some new sunglasses. The employee that was working was very helpful. He told me about all the sales that were going on and was available for any questions I had. Although I didn't make a purchase this day, my experience was still pleasant. I appreciate your great customer service and being knowledgeable on all of your products. Went to Sunglass Shack today looking for a pair of sunglasses with my brother in law. We were assisted by a very polite and informed employee named Caroline. She was very helpful in our final selection of two pairs of Maui Jims. Great customer service, attentive and helpful. I would recommend this store if you are in search of sunglasses.

Twice now I have gone Into Sunglass Shack at the premium outlets and have dealt with Maria V. And she gave us amazing customer service both times. Both times we have made purchases and she was very knowledgeable of the different brands of sunglasses in there. I would definitely recommend that you see Maria when going in there!
