“I call to order an Extra Most Bestes pizza but mentioned that they had reduced the pepperoni and cheese to less since the pandemic. The associate said that he would be happy to personally make me one like before. I was super surprised 😮 and very 😊 happy. So much so when he ask if there was anything else, I asked his recommendation. He suggested Italian bread and Marinara sauce. I accepted and felt very warm and fuzzy because of the outstanding customer service. I think the youn man's name was Roget to be pronounced like ( Rosjay). Outstanding young man, outstanding.”

“Dr. Ong has been my PCP since I 've lived in Virginia. He is culturally sensitive, takes his time while explaining test results, his treatment plan and doesn't just throw medication at me. I began to be very impressed with him when I needed blood work done to check for over all health...he explained every single item on the labs and showed me comparison from previous labs. My most memorable moment in his office is when I was being diagnosed with Sarcoidosis... Dr. Ong asks "would you like to see a specialist?" I was so pleased that he acknowledged that he is not a specialist in that area. He remembers that he is not only a doctor, but also a human being. Also, he always values what I have to say and always considers me an expert in my own symptoms. He is very respectful and so awesome! What would I do without you? Thanks Dr. Ong for being the best doctor that I've ever had! Now he's an older doctor, so it's important to be patient...but that means he's well seasoned! I recommend him to everyone!”

“We've been going to this vet for our past 5 animals so all in all that's roughly 20+ years. They're incredibly kind and have always shown our dogs love and respect especially when it's time to say goodbye. Staff is friendly and they're knowledgeable. Prices are fair enough (relatively speaking in terms of how much a vet can be), and they're always willing to work within your budget/ help you go on payment plans if need be. There's another vet across from this one but please always go to Friendship vet.”
