“Dr. Ong has been my PCP since I 've lived in Virginia. He is culturally sensitive, takes his time while explaining test results, his treatment plan and doesn't just throw medication at me. I began to be very impressed with him when I needed blood work done to check for over all health...he explained every single item on the labs and showed me comparison from previous labs. My most memorable moment in his office is when I was being diagnosed with Sarcoidosis... Dr. Ong asks "would you like to see a specialist?" I was so pleased that he acknowledged that he is not a specialist in that area. He remembers that he is not only a doctor, but also a human being. Also, he always values what I have to say and always considers me an expert in my own symptoms. He is very respectful and so awesome! What would I do without you? Thanks Dr. Ong for being the best doctor that I've ever had! Now he's an older doctor, so it's important to be patient...but that means he's well seasoned! I recommend him to everyone!”
