Royalty Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet in the bedrooms and up the staircase. They also restored the grout in the tile flooring back to like new condition. They are a life saver for busy landlord and property managers who need a quick turnaround. They even came back out to re-sanitize the carpet a few days later after I informed him that there was still a slight animal smell in the carpet. I will highly recommend their services.

I called the morning of for an inquiry, Mr. Malcom was able to come the day off. Excellent service. I contacted him due to my two dogs and two cats having a territory marking battle and now my carpet is restored. He sanitized and refreshed the carpet to like new conditions.
