I’m not originally from here so I decided to look around for some decent offered but everywhere I went they wanted 150-300$ just to look at it. By accident I stumbled across this shop headed home decided to stop and ask what their price would be to look at my car. Within 20 mins or less they found that a wire was loose under the dash and didn’t charge a dime for it. This place is the only mechanic shop in Virginia I will go to because they are honest and not a money hungry business.”

“These guys are awesome! Came in for a center console from a Pontiac G8 and they took care of me. Had to wait a bit as they were very busy but I was in and out with what I needed at a very reasonable price. I ended up coming back on two separate occasions to pick up a forgotten/missing part from the console assembly and they were very supportive, and had me in and out with the missing parts at no extra charge. These are great and knowledgeable people, would highly recommend for your used auto parts!”

“I had a car with a dead battery at 4:45 in the afternoon. I checked around a few places, and they either wouldn’t take it or charged too much. When I called Accurate-Tune Plus, I was told they were too busy for the rest of the day, which is understandable. When I told him I’d have to get a jump to bring it in the next day, he told me to just bring it in and they would get it done. And they did! In very short time and at a great price! Thank you Tom and Walt (I think?) for helping a lady out on a summer afternoon, when you already had plenty to do! These guys are great!”

“We called Rick Hendrick on a whim and with a bit of hope. We were looking for a vehicle that was seemingly impossible to find but the website said they had exactly what we were looking for. At this point we had already called six other dealerships across the country whose websites claimed they also had the exact vehicle in stock, but were already sold. The first time we called Rick Hendrick we spoke with John Butler (very nice phone presence). He told us the same dreaded news, the vehicle was already spoken for😢 but he did say that he would keep us posted on whether or not the deal moved forward. I wrote it off as a bust and we were ready to not purchase a new vehicle. On a Monday night I received a call from John Butler asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. 🥳 The next morning we met John before the dealership even opened and proceeded with the deal. Here's the thing about John and Rick Hendrick. While almost every other dealership we spoke with seem to be taking advantage of the current world circumstances and taking advantage of people by tacking on unethical "premiums" that range from $10-25k on top of sticker price, Rick Hendrick did not. The deal was exactly what was advertised, the employees were amazing and so very friendly, we were there for a while and it was like spending the day with family. We highly recommend Rick Hendrick AND John Butler for any vehicle you need!”
