“How do you think of customer service when you enter a near by 711? Not great from my usual experience. I went in to this 711 and immediately greeted with a friendly good morning. I got to the register and the gentleman was polite and very welcoming, we had a nice conversation about me working a long shift and even what I did for a job. After I made my purchase I left. I kept thinking how professional he was. So I went back the next morning and he attitude and professionalism was just the same as the day before. He even remembered our conversation from the day before and how my day had went, which is pretty impressive since he see so many people a day. The cashier's name is Russell. I was so impressed with him I will be writing to the owner and corporate. Little gestures go along way with people. He definitely raised the standards of this 711. Thank you Russell keep up the great work!!!!”

“i have been eating here since the mid 80's and it is still one of my favorites spots. tonight chris and i decided to visit francos and have kinda late dinner. appetizer was fried scallops and antipasto salad........this is by far the best italian dressing i have ever encountered, i could just go here for this dressing. i wish they sold it. chris got the meatball dinner and a side of sausage and i got chicken parmesan. we need to talk more on the sausage, they are like the dressing - outstanding. i have tried others around the area and i have never found any to compare. dessert was one homemade chocolate chip cannoli - wow see you soon franco”

“Customer service was good, but it's getting annoying when I go here to get gas or a quick drink before or after work and someone is asking me for money outside. I understand they may have. Nowhere to go because I have been in that situation before, but dont allow people to stand in front of a place of business asking every single customer if they have money to give. It makes my wife extremely uncomfortable, and she now only gets gas from the NEX.”

“I used to come into this 7-Eleven every morning for hot coffee and a morning snack at 4am. I love the Chai Latte tea and most stores in the area don’t have it or it’s not working properly.
