“So it’s been a year and I just resigned my lease! Can you believe they are going to clean my carpets for free? It’s just two bedrooms but that’s so sweet. I enjoy my laminated floors the most however. I am still in love with living here!! My closet space is everything! I spend so much time on my balcony. I had so much fun entertaining my guests at the pool/grill area this summer. I swam so many laps in our beautiful pool. “Tough. Liked the place and the environment but the food was ok. I am a breakfast burrito guy and I'd hate to say it but I couldn't eat theirs. I think it was the way the eggs were cooked or the hash browns maybe? Would recommend you stopping in though to try their burger or to get some drinks. 5 stars for the simple fact they were open off the freeway and for the unique experience.. plus the burgers were good and laid back environment by the ocean was a good experience. Definitely felt welcomed.✌️”

“When I moved in a couple months ago, new management had just taken over the property. There were a few things wrong with the apartment, but I put in maintenance requests through their online portal and they were taken care of immediately. I was a little worried after reading some of the bad reviews when I moved in. Two things are clear. 1. The management before the current team was obviously terrible. 2. The management in place now is a vast improvement. I have not had a single issue that wasn't fixed immediately and to my satisfaction. The grounds are well kept, and I love the location. They are currently upgrading in general and I'm looking forward to my new granite countertops and stainless appliances. So all in all, you can feel good about moving in here. I'll probably be here for a few years.”

“I highly recommend The Element at Ghent as a fantastic place to live! There are so many things we loved about The Element including the great community amenities-large clubhouse, pool, lounge decks, gym and more! The apartments themselves are very modern and up to date. They are spacious and well laid out. The entire building is well designed and adds to the quality of living. We liked the parking options for being in a secured garage with only garage button or keypad access. One of the things we most loved about The Element at Ghent is the staff! There is no better staff in any other place in town-they are truly the best! The staff was always going above and beyond to make your living experience perfect from planning community gatherings to fixing maintenance issues in the quickest amount of time possible, they truly care. Again, I couldn’t recommend The Element at Ghent more as it’s a great place to live!”
