“We received excellent customer service from Cape Charles vacation rentals. There was a bug with their online system, and they bent over backwards to accommodate us during our trip. Chuck worked with us personally and made sure we were taken care of. The property we rented was in the condos near Kiptopeke State Park. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. They had terrific instructions, and lots of extra touches like board/card games and cornhole boards.”

Keep the place functioning properly so this area can keep something nice. The store is still in the process of getting properly fitted(fixtures shelves and products)for the customers. Excuse the spelling on the sign on the register. The mgr “Appriciates” appreciates you comment about the customer service online. Always nice to have a nice clean new DG. “Best dinner experience we've had so far in Cape Charles. The food was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and thoughtfully crafted. The staff were friendly and professional. We did have to wait a little to be seated, but that is to be expected being there is a nationwide staffing shortage, plus outdoor seating was unavailable due to high winds in the area - neither situation can be helped. They even called ahead to let us know that our seating arrangement was changed. This is a great place to eat for special occasions. Do expect to spend more than your usual take-out meal, it is completely worth it.”

“Adorable place to stay for a night! We went in not expecting anything fancy, but it far exceeded our expectations! We stayed in a really nice room in the B&B. It was cozy and very clean, bathroom was spacious. We were also served breakfast in the morning and the food was great! The manager was wonderful and very accommodating. The grounds of the property are well maintained and the pool was an added bonus! Pleasantly surprised and would definitely return if we are back in the area!”
