After becoming worried about my car starting rough, I decided to stop here to have them check my battery to see if it was going bad. A nice older man helped me at the counter and went outside to my car and tested my battery luckily it was good. A Very Good Experience!

Auto zone in mentor on the lake is a great auto parts store! Friendly and helpful staff, good location and knowledgeable to help.

Went there with a brake light out on a 2019 EcoSport
Tried to get help and our hands were too big. Cant't figure it out so I called Ford. Asked if I could have someone quickly show me how to door. Guy said "sure bring it in".
Get it there he tells me that's $30.

That plastic wing nut. Take it out. Take off the 2 screws at the end of the lens. Slide it to the back. 😎

Awesome staff. Although there were issues changing the wiper blades on my car, James & “I forgot to get his name” were so helpful. They were out of one of the sizes I needed so James called another store & had them put it aside for me to pick up. Both stores gave customer service that is above & beyond. Would recommend to anyone & everyone.
