We have come back over and over again for more items and if you can't decide which set of bags you want, he'll tell you to grab the boards and bags and take it outside to the parking lot and try out the broken in bags to show you the feel and durability. There's so much to choose from! I even called once with no answer ( he was helping other customers and couldn't get to the phone) and I got a call back just based off a missed call.
