“Every time I visit this location, I am greeted with a smile. They are polite and efficient, while I have had issues with my packages and mail, they have helped me to their fullest abilities, even having other clerks double check. While I am seeing a lot of negative reviews, I can say, I have seen some customers with bad attitudes come and go, the employees do their best to assist those customers and when the next customer is there they are greeted with a smile as well. Perhaps it is because I take the time to greet them and call them by their name, or perhaps it is because I realize they are human and can only do so much.”

“Om Indian grocery store is an awesome find in Winston Salem. Having started to cook using more Asian and Indian flavors, I never have trouble getting those hard to find ingredients here. They are always friendly and well stocked. I recommend this place for those of you interested in cooking more than just your typical American cuisine.”
