I have been searching for a mechanic for over a year who can fix it with breaking my pockets. My definition of excellent customer service.
(August 12, 2021, 7:49 pm)Our car broke down in southern Virginia and M&J towing came out to pick us (and our car) up within 30 mins of calling them. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 kids so we were impressed we could all fit so comfortably in the tow truck! John (our driver) drove us to our car repair shop (a very long drive due to traffic) and he was so kind, patient and professional thru it all.
