When he went to go turn on the pilot light on my water heater, he unfortunately discovered that my hot water heater had been leaking for a long time. On what was a really sh*tty day, he was super nice and professional. He went through the trouble of getting his contact info over to me to get a quote for me quickly, and when I priced compared, he was not only affordable, but willing to fit me into his schedule WEEKS earlier than everyone else. On the day of install, he was prompt, communicated throughout the process and did exactly what I was hoping for. When I annoyingly texted him a question about my water soon after leaving, he was quick to answer an assure me it was alright.
