“Terry, from R.S. Myers came out today to take a look at my oven. He was courteous and genuine. Within 5 min, he had the problem diagnosed and was out in his truck, getting the part. He's in his 40th yr of appliance repair, and had an old school "teach while you fix" approach, which I really appreciated. He made quick and effective work of replacing the bad igniter, and explained to me what had gone wrong. I couldn't ask for better service than I got today. Thank you Terry and everyone else from R.S. Myers for fixing our oven.”
