“I have dealt with this bank and both branches in Springfield, VA. They have always been attentive and courteous to me. I change to this bank because when my father passed away they were there to help me every step of the way, where Bank of America would not even notarize documents and Wahovia (now Wells Fargo) did not have a clue, the Bank rep couldn't even run a number two pencil over a notary impression to copy it. BB&T hand no issue. The tellers are always friendly. I personally hate banks but this one is a step above the other. Don't understand the negative post, don't be an irresponsible account holder and expect a large institution to manage your actions. If you have money be responsible with it, know what you have and understand the consequences.”
